Maths Week 2024

1st class in room 4 had a super week in school celebrating maths week! We had great fun taking part in a variety of maths activities – showing us that maths really is all around us! We took part in daily maths games in class, used our ‘maths eyes’ to find hidden maths in a huge maths week circus poster & completed a=our school maths trail outside in pairs.

We also were lucky to get to the halla for a maths activities showcase with Ms. de Faoite’s 6th class, as well as our own 1st/2nd class maths quiz. All the girls had a super week & it was great to see them have so much fun exploring & using maths in different ways!
