Grandparents’ Day 2025 at Bunscoil Bhríde

We had a truly memorable day on Wednesday, January 29th, as we celebrated Grandparents’ Day. It was the perfect way to conclude Catholic Schools’ Week, bringing joy and excitement to our school community. The children were thrilled to welcome their special visitors, proudly showcasing their classrooms and sharing their work. Each class delighted the audience with performances of songs and poems. It was a wonderful occasion filled with love, laughter, and appreciation for the invaluable role grandparents play in our lives.

Adding to the occasion, our wonderful Parents’ Association provided tea, coffee, and delicious treats in the school hall. They also organised a raffle and sold St. Brigid’s Day crosses. A huge thanks to our Parents’ Association as well as parents who sent in baked goods on the day.
