Room 4 have had a great month welcoming Spring! We had a visit from a mobile pet farm & we met loads of farm animals, from pigs to chickens, rabbits & Popcorn the goat! It was great to meet the animals & learn from the farmer. We painted some gorgeous Spring flowers as part of our artwork. Carmel Somers was also back again for 2 Irish dancing classes, which the girls all really enjoyed!

In maths, we have been learning all about tens & units & how we can regroup these. We really enjoyed exploring all the different ways to make different numbers using cubes, lollipop sticks & dienes blocks. It’s been really interesting listening to & learning from each others different maths strategies during our maths talk in class. In SESE, we learned all about the weather & different weather terms to describe weather. We integrated this with our art & painted some beautiful weather silhouettes!
