DIY model lungs

Over the last month, the girls in 6th Class have been learning about the lungs’ structure and the function of each part. We explored the trachea, the bronchus, the bronchioles, the alveoli and the diaphragm. We also drew models of them. Here, you can see the brilliant experiment we engaged in to portray how our lungs work. It was a challenging experiment, but the girls thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and had great fun constructing.
